While I back Sabalenka to win this match and move into the final, I do not predict that it will be a straightforward clash. Badosa has been in great form at the competition so far, and she has taken Sabalenka to a deciding set in two of their last four meetings.

Paula Badosa has been the talk of the town following her incredible 7-5 6-4 win over Coco Gauff in the quarter-finals.

Gauff had been touted as a big contender when it came to winning the Australian Open, so eliminating her has seen people sit up and take notice of Badosa. The 27-year-old has only dropped a single set at the Australian Open in January, and she will be very tough to beat, especially with an appearance in the final on the cards.

However, I predict that Sabalenka's Grand Slam experience will prove vital in this one as Badosa is eliminated one step away from a shot at the trophy.
