ThunderTalk Gaming bested Bilibili Gaming last time out, yet they are not getting much respect on the betting markets, which is nothing new. TT Gaming are one of the most underrated teams in the LPL, and while their 1-3 loss to JD Gaming does not help their cause, ThunderTalk Gaming played well and would’ve managed a better result had they not made a few too many errors.

ThunderTalk Gaming had an impressive run though the group stage, beating LNG, EDG, and Bilibili Gaming, proving that they are a significantly better team than what the public perception was. However, despite their strong start, TT Gaming fell flat on their face in the previous round of the playoffs, when they had to admit defeat to JD Gaming (1-3).
The first two games were one-way traffic, while the final two were dominated by JDG. ThunderTalk actually had their moments on map three when they had a chance to snowball early lead, but bungled it and lost. On map four, TT Gaming again had their chances but lost a couple of crucial teamfights and that ended it.
It was not a terrible display from TT Gaming, but they made a few too many errors, which did not fly against JDG, and they will not fly against Bilibili Gaming either.

In the first two fixtures, Bilibili Gaming looked like themselves and just as good as they were in 2024. The loss to ThunderTalk Gaming proved BLG can bleed, but it came after a long break, so it is fair to say BLG simply were not prepared.
This was confirmed in BLG’s recent victory against Weibo Gaming, when they again showed top form, making a strong case for themselves as serious LPL title contenders.

Bilibili Gaming looked excellent early into the split in their wins against LNG Esports and EDward Gaming, then slipped against ThunderTalk Gaming, and posted another great game against Weibo Gaming.
For the most part, BLG have looked great, but the same can be said for ThunderTalk Gaming, who despite going 3-1, are not given much respect. They have the individual talent to face any team, and as long as they do not make critical errors, ThunderTalk Gaming stand a chance to force another close game on Monday.
