The Huns Esports finished BLAST Rising Asia Spring 2025 in second place, behind ATOX Esports, but got awarded an invite to BLAST Open Spring 2025 due to ATOX's disqualification.

While The Huns showed enough to attend the event, they are one of the weakest teams in attendance, with no international experience, which will not do them any favours.

Since the turn of the year, The Huns have made some noise, albeit only in domestic events, with a third-place finish in IEM Dallas 2025 Asian qualifiers and a runner-up finish at MESA League Season 4. Over that stretch, they have not faced a single team even close to the level of Spirit.
