Bilibili Gaming vs Top Esports Predictions
Bilibili Gaming and Top Esports will face off on Wednesday, February 26, in the third round of League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2025 Split 1. The winner will face off against JD Gaming in the lower bracket final, and while many expect Bilibili Gaming to succeed, Top Esports have the tools to do well.

- Top Esports Squad & Team News
Top Esports constructed a roster of highly experienced and individually talented players, which, on paper, looks more than capable of threatening the LPL title. They are still a bit rough around the edges, as displayed in their win against Ninjas in Pyjamas, but in that same series, TES showcased a very good ability to problem-solve and fight from behind.
BLG have been looking better and better, but even they are not invincible and should not be priced as such massive favourites.
- Top Esports should not be underestimated
- Bilibil Gaming are slowly getting there
- This is Bilibili Gaming’s game to lose, but Top Esports can do some damage
Head to Head
Bilibili Gaming and Top Esports have yet to meet this season.
Bilibili Gaming Form
Bilibil Gaming are fresh off a 3-1 victory against ThunderTalk Gaming. TT Gaming steamroller BLG on the first map, but Bilibili Gaming returned the favour on the next three.
BLG were the better team on the day and seemed to be slowly returning to their old form, which explains why they are one of the leading candidates to win the LPL 2025 Split 1.
However, the gap between BLG and other top contenders is not as significant, even though many teams have made roster changes and are still finding their footing.
Bilibili Gaming Squad & Team News
No roster changes for Bilibili Gaming.
- Chen "Bin" Ze-Bin – top lane
- Yan "Wei" Yang-Wei – jungle
- Zhuo "knight" Ding – mid lane
- Zhao "Elk" Jia-Hao – ADC
- Luo "ON" Wen-Jun – support
Top Esports Form
Top Esports defeated Ninjas in Pyjamas in the previous round of the playoffs 3-1, which was a strange series.
NiP crushed TES on the first map, and Top Esports responded with an excellent start on map two, only to throw it all away and regain control. Map three was one-way traffic, while the final map was similar to the second, where TES threw away the lead only to recover and close it out.
It is concerning to see Top Esports players get in advantageous positions only to lose the game. However, they’ve been efficient in regaining control in those situations, which indicates a high level of problem-solving ability—something you only see in elite teams.
So, despite TES’ tendency to punt their leads, this is a very strong and resilient team that should not be underestimated.
Top Esports Squad & Team News
No roster changes for Top Esports.
- Bai "369" Jia-Hao - top lane
- Seo "Kanavi" Jin-hyeok - jungle
- Lin "Creme" Jian - mid lane
- Yu "JackeyLove" Wen-Bo - ADC
- Liu "Crisp" Qing-Song - support
Verdict
Bilibili Gaming look like the better team on paper. This roster was nothing short of incredible last season, and unlike Top Esports, BLG have strong continuity. However, Top Esports have shown some good things lately.
While TES have often thrown away leads, they also proved they can fight from a deficit and stabilise. So, while their tendency to bungle advantageous positions is concerning, you have to show some respect to TES’ ability to still walk away victorious.
Once this team stabilises and finds more consistency, TES will be very scary. They’re not quite there yet, but even in their current state, TES should not be overlooked.
