Both squads have had a rough run through the tournament, managing a 2-2 record, but it is fair to say that BIG have had a more challenging road with losses against MOUZ and Eternal Fire, whereas Astralis have lost to Team Falcons and paiN Gaming.

Both teams have a lot more to prove, and while Astralis boast a much higher ceiling, that has not helped them accomplish much this year, nor have the Danes performed well in their recent outings. This looks like a coin-flip game at best, making BIG a more appealing bet at outsider odds.

Astralis have not had the best start to the season, and they’ve not amazed anyone with their performances in PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025.

The Danes kicked off the tournament with a 1-2 loss to paiN Gaming, then bounced back with a 2-0 sweep of SAW, lost to Team Falcons (1-2), and last round, they edged past MIBR (2-1) with 25-22 on Mirage, 13-16 on Inferno, and 13-5 on Nuke.

It's not the most promising run, but with the amount of talent on this roster, it is fair to expect Astralis to start getting better. The problem is, they’ve yet to improve, and while this match is their final chance to show something, it is fair to feel sceptical about Astralis and their ability to live up to the expectations.

BIG have not had the best start to the year, as they failed to show much at BLAST Bounty Spring 2025 and Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2025. They also suffered an early elimination from RES Showdown Spring 2025 and IEM Dallas 2025 EU qualifiers.

Things have not looked much better for the German outfit at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025, as BIG have managed just two wins against FlyQuest and Wildcard, whereas they proved no match for Eternal Fire and MOUZ.

Losing to Eternal Fire and MOUZ is not a concern, but it is not fair to praise BIG too much for their two wins either, even though they showed some good things against Wildcard in the previous round.

This is Astralis’ game to lose and the latest esports betting odds reflect it. However, while Astralis should win, they have not looked good enough to believe that they can sweep.

Astralis have not been playing like themselves for a while now, and while this team is bound to get better with time, they have yet to show anything that would make me trust them and their chances to sweep BIG.

BIG are a solid team on Dust 2, Ancient, and Nuke, which should help them be competitive on Tuesday. And while an upset is unlikely, BIG should be able to put up a respectable fight.
